Hong Kong residents may order the products and collect them in person at PolyU during our office time (14:00-16:30) at the end of the month. 

 
Return Policy

All items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

We can only offer an exchange for an item that is defective when you received it.

All products can be exchanged for once only and no refund is available.

Please check the item carefully when picking it up face-to-face.

  2. State your email address in the "message to payee" section in FPS/PayMe.

  3. Please submit the form below. Each form only accepts 1 type of product order. If you are purchasing more than 1 product, please fill out a new form for each item.

  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided in the form.
